For the physician's formula try me free rebates, has anyone paid with ECBs (no or little OOP) and received the purchase price? I called Inmar rebate center today and was told it would be based on my OOP.

I've paid for PF TMF's w/ ECB's @ CVS and gotten the proper amount back based on circled price

I have paid with Ups (RA version of ECB) with only tax OOP and gotten the purchase price back. I did black out most stuff of the receipt.

I did all 4 of the rebates and have received checks for 3/4 for the maximum price allowed, not what I paid. I live in NYC and our prices were higher than the rebate amount, but with every single one I paid with an ECB, received an ECB, and I DID black out my payment method.

I use a sharpie & I don't think it's suspicious. I black out my Extracare card #, OOP & payment choice, how many items I buy, items that don't relate to the rebate. I did this on my PF rebate and had zero problems. Got the full amount back.

I use a Sharpie too. Unless the rebate states that the receipt must be unaltered, they really cant say anything. Personally I dont want all my purchases and payment methods tracked so I do this for all rebates.

I have gotten all my PF rebates back using ECB and not blacking out my numbers

One of my PF's only had the PF on it, was paid in ECB, and wasn't blacked out but I still got it all back.

I had NO idea there was a TMF rebate for the PF.....is it a certain rebate form or can it be submitted on a 3x5 card?? Any info would be helpful. TIA!

You need to print rebate form found on their website physiciansformula.com and you will also need tmf peelie attached to the form. Good luck.

Only certain items have the TMF rebate on them. You have to have the label off the product and the form from their website.

I have extra peelies. I love pf and i bought the item with peelies but i already submitted my rebate so i have extra. Really hope i can submit more than one rebate.

I think you can submit one rebate per item.

I only did the eyeliner. I will submit for concealer and foundation soon. Im lucky to find the peelies in one store (that I am trying to avoid for months) the items with TMF so i did the PF deal this wk.
