I had the dang cashier tell me that they ALWAYS have to take the lesser value off for the BOGO coupon. I was mad and left! I thought calling CS would be better than becoming one of "those crazy couponers" ::bigGrin:: Which I am not. I got the most AWESOME CS rep on the phone who said I was absolutely correct and send a message to the DM of that store....we will see I told him having a BOGOfree coupon scenario on their coupon policy, using a 2nd manuf coupon and also with a BOGO50% off sale....or something along those lines, would be helpful for both customers AND staff. To help clear up this apparent confusion by many cashiers out there.
