   Thank you for doing such an amazing job! It was obviously a lot of time consuming, hard work, & it was extremely appreciated! You will be sorely missed as FL, but it's comforting to know we will still see you around! Thank you again!

Hope you'll still be here to hold my hand through it all...you've been such an AMAZING leader and soooooooooo helpful! I wouldn't have such a wonderful stockpile w/out you. I hope everything is alright with you and that you just have other great things to be doing. Dana is a very good one to take the leadership roll.
