You can email customer service - they are very nice and resolve problems quickly.

Savingstar has missed several of my purchases but I just send them an email with the info on my receipt. They were very helpful and resolved within 2-3 business days.

In my ad these are $3/10 get $3 ECB. This is the best deal I could come up with.

Buy 2 Kix and 1 Trix for $10.
Use 2 of the $.75/1 Kix and $.50/1 Trix IP in OP.
Pay $8 and earn $3 ECB = $5. Earn $.75 and $.50 from Saving Star = $3.75 or $1.25 each.

For some reason, savingstar isn't letting me load the kix coupon, saying that it's already being used in another service. Did anyone else have this happen? I haven't had kix in so many years!!! I love that cereal!
