Does anyone have the rebate form saved for the cover girl + olay rebate spend $20, get $10 from 5/25-7/8? I go to the website www.cover girl.com/rebate but cannot find the form.

I entered the link but without space between 'cover' and 'girl' and 'Download Rebate Form Now' is right there, next to Queen Latifa (not sure I spelled it right)

On the form it wants a 12 digit UPC code, but on the concealer I purchased, there is only 8 digits, what do I do?

I copied the first 5 numbers on the serum primer and the rest with the 5 digits on the sculpting blush I bought. The blush had orange tags @ WAG @ $6.79 and they are BOG50 sale. I asked for rebate receipt and it showed 15.99 and 6.79 on it (this works ONLY for old register rebate receipts. SRs show full price and the other at half off in their original and rebate receipts) so it goes over the $20 threshold. After $5/$5 AARP SQ, 2 x $1 CG MQs and other RRs, I ended up with just tax.

Call the toll free number on the rebate form and let them know you need the UPC number since there is a shorter bar code on packaging. I did that yesterday and they were glad to help out. Just have product in front of you to describe which item it is.

my total was like 18.75. i bought two concealer. should I submit? and, if I do and they denied it, can I buy the difference and then re-send?

If I were you, I'd make sure it is $20 and up so you don't face the risk of getting a denied letter. In the past, I missed the threshold by a few cents and they did not send my rebate.

Ditto JMB. They are sticklers so you should get it to $20+ before submitting. I once lost out on a rebate because I forgot to enter my birthday.

That happened to me do. I did not enter my BD (why do they need that anyway is what I thought at the time) and they returned everything to me (receipts/my in-complete refund form) with a friendly letter asking me to complete the form with the missing info (app they actually did need my BD) and asked me to resubmit at a dif address with my receipts etc. I completed those steps and I received my rebate about a 3-4 weeks later.

I peeled off and cut the upc code and stick it on the form.
