Well I went into CVS last night to use up the last of my Pantene coupons. I seen a new manger so I walked over to him and asked him if he had a minute and he said yes sure. I introduced myself and told him I walk over almost daily and that I use a lot of coupons. And that the guy that had just checked me out was great. I had to break up my orders because of p&g limit of 4 coupons. He turned around and says that is great to hear. And he said to me that if I needed to preorder anything let him know and that he will order and get it in for me. And to top it off he says he doesn't understand why people throw out free money that he was a coupon user himself. How cool is that! I told him I would most likely be placing an order over the weekend with him. And he said what ever you need just let me know. Sweet score.

That is so awesome to hear!! It's so nice to hear something like this. I'm not as fortunate because the folks at my cvs (management) are okay, but not the most coupon friendly people. As a result, I usually have to break my orders up and go several times in the week. I don't usually do huge hauls anyway, but someday, I'd love to get there!!

thats great my cvs also got a new manager and the same thing happened to me, he also uses coupons and offered to order for me, make sure that when you get a survey on your receipt to call and give them good scores, they rely on those alot, i always call

That is soooo great!! Some of the clerks use coupons and I always give them mine if I see something they could use but I swear the manager hates me and coupons.

Nice - your new manager passed the courtesy test!! Plus, his cashiers more than likely will follow suit. Customers will be happy which could mean an increase in store sales. Kudos to him!!

The CVS I go to most often has a mgr that came out of retail grocery and he unserstands and LOVES coupons. His wife is also a MAJOR couponer. With 4 kids at home she needs to be.

I have been bringing him the ads for a couple of stores that they did not shop at (a bit out of the way for them) but have GREAT (comparativly) prices. They now shop those stores pretty often.
