I bought a bottle of the purple PF moisturizer and I kept trying to get the lotion out. Finally I twisted off the top and the pump was broken off...not even sure if it is in there. Ugh! I did shake the bottle upside down so I could at least try the lotion but this method doesn't work well.

So here's my question do I bring it back to CVS or contact PF? Thanks.

I would just bring it back to Cvs in that case. They have a really good beauty satisfaction policy, so odds are that they'll swap it for you without a problem.

I also would return it to CVS. I'm sure they would exchange it or return your money. Now, I'm going to check my bottle~

Actually my eye gel was like that as well. however, I could still pump out the lotion. try to press pump a few more times!

This happened to me and I emailed PF. Perhaps a mistake... They sent me a shipping label to mail it back with a complaint form so they can see what the problem was. The whole process is taking forever. Not sure what the outcome will be.

I have had eye gels like that...the bottom moves up as you use it, kind of like a push pop.

I had an issue with a Maybelline lipstick, it was moldy when I opened it right after purchasing. Tried to resolve it through the company, it took several emails and phone calls before they offered up anything besides a lower value coupon which would have resulted in more OOP if I wanted any product to show for the initial money I paid for the moldy lipstick. I sent the product back as per their instructions under the promise that I would be compensated. After a few more calls and emails I was. I would never deal with Maybelline again for a faulty product. Hope PF is more upstanding!
