Toner is not a part of the PF skin care line. The manager was correct. I don't think it would be appropriate to complain in this case.

Have you tried scanning the "blue" products? The signage on all our PF skincare prod (blue & purple) was marked $19.99 with a $15 ECB. When I scanned a "blue" it showed the price to be $4.99. I go by the prices the cpn machine tells me to help me determine how my deals will check out and if I need to make adjustments. I have not received the $12 PF crt yet. Watch, I'll probably get it next week when I can no longer do the $15 ECB deal or all the "blue" prod will be gone.

I got some earlier in the week and they had to manually print the ECB's for it so it. It doesn't show on my receipt at all.

Yes, every time I go in I scan every item on the shelf. None of them are even marked for the ECB deal.

I have been to 2 stores now. The first one had blue line items, marked full price, no signage on shelf? But whm I scanned went to 4.99 not marked clearance. I didn't get an ecb automatically with that purchase, asked and they generated one for me. Wenr to second store, shelf was marked purple and blue line get ecb. Bought purple this time, rang up as 19.99 and got 15ecb back. So 2 diff stores, 2 diff transac.

Its actually good. Its clearing my face pretty well. My skin is sensitive.

I have crazy sensitive skin also, love the eye and night creams but I think the SPF in the day moisturizer is irritating my skin a bit

I have sensitive and DRY skin and the day/night moisturizer that is in the purple/white is great. I was REALLY hoping to find that on clearance and get one on each card but no luck this time. Maybe next time, got a few rain checks in case they get marked down at my store.

I'm a little bit scared to try them because I have had some many issues with my skin recently.
