| I agree about the service. I don't know what it is about my store. They all know me and know that I am a very regular customer but the SM treats me like garbage. She knows that I am helping her sales, she's even told me that she knows that but she still treats me horribly and one of the shift managers is horrible to me too. I don't get it.

Yeah I don't get it about people not liking coupons/couponers except because of the bad rap the show on TLC gives us. Shelf clearers, fraudulent coupons, etc. They have to know not everyone is like that. I'm so thankful that my entire CVS is not only coupon friendly but they often tell me they want to start couponing too. One or two WAGS I go to are super nice as well but they are a little further so I don't go there as often. The WAGS near me....I often wonder if they all have the opposite of a pep rally and slam couponers before each shift. They REALLY seem to hate us!

. I usually go to the wags across the street from work. At least I know they love seeing me come by every other day. "My name is Ronak, I'll give you the best customer service!" how lucky am I? Lol he loves to see how much I save each visit. He even told another cashier that I'm his best customer |

Awww that's sweet! I have noticed a few new faces that actually smile and say hi, I knew they had to be new. Hopefully they can resist the negativity and stay nice, it's nice walking in and not seeing one of the rude employees. Quote:

There is one clerk at my CVS that I love. If I skip a week or go outside of her shift she asks about my absence next time. She wen said she started dabbling with coupons!!! I converted someone... LOL!

So I went to Cvs and got the blue PF mosturizer. It rang up at 4.99--didn't show as clearance. I asked the clerk how much u had to spend for the $15 EB --I didn't make a stink about it. She called the mgr over who looked at the ad and forced a generic $15 EB to print. What is the limit on the PF $15 EB? And will the one I got track in my history since he rang up after purchase and it doesn't say "or purchase of qualifying PF item"?( ie if the limit is one, can I but a PF powder now and have it count?)

All bad. Bought the blue bottle of skin toner 7.99. No sale, no ecb. So I ask. Manager said only the new line which is 21.99 that a ecb will print. I show her the ad. She said well thats not what it means..... Cvs customer care here I come!!

I see many people aren't getting the ECB for the blue $4.99 bottle. Mines weren't marked clearance but did print out the $15 ECB.

| did they ring up $4.99? did it automatically print the $15? I bought some today and didn't get any extra bucks. I was scared to ask for the $15 even though they wren't marked clearance.

This is all so confusing. I can differentiate between skin care and cosmetics, but reference to the blue line is over my head, especially if something at one store is OK for ECBs but not at another store. To say I don't need skin care is, of course, a fib, but I don't "need" skin care right now. I just want to find an item less than $10 for a $15 ECB score! | Someone else suggested doing a small test transaction on Sunday to see what was still tracking on your receipt. If it is still tracking it seems likely you wont get the ECB based on what is happening with other deals this week.

The other day I purchased a PF skin care product from the "purple line" and my crt shows that I've reached the limit (which is 1). It does appear that this offer is the same across the board for everyone.

Just noticed this thread--but I bought one of the blue PF's on May 26th and it also rang up as 4.99. I thought I had messed up my math because the cashier gave me back the $12 CRT and said I didn't need it since my stuff was already free (I had other things and 5/15!). So I tried it again on Sunday, May 27th, and same story...4.99--they didn't take the CRT for it (strangely enough since my store takes everything). I haven't been in all week so am curious to see what tomorrow holds!

I would really love to know which "blue" product produced a $15 ecb. I would picked up a few today at $4.99 but no extra bucks printed. it would be worth going back to get more if it was going to be a money maker.
