Makeup question

So I don't have any tearpad q--just inserts. I am in need of some basics mineral powder--have tried Korean color stay and it doesn't help my combo skin--when I am oily I am shiny. Any good products out there that will control shiny before I go to Clinique? Would like to use some q or deals!

One of my CVS had the Loreal powder for 2.44.

I came in more to make another comment though. I find how I apply the powder makes a huge difference is how quickly I get shiny. If I apply with a brush, I get shiny quicker. If I apply with a puff or sponge and press the powder on, it seems to last a lot longer. This is for pressed powder only. For loose powder you could try a follow up press with an applicator.

I really like Rimmel Stay Matte pressed powder. I don't know of any upcoming deals on it but it's pretty inexpensive and I know that there were $1 MQs in inserts a couple of weeks back. Also, I really like Physician's Formula Mineral Wear mineral powder and at CVS next week you will get back 5 ECB's when you spend $10. I hope that helps you out.

You should also carry around blotting papers to absorb excess oils before re-applying makeup. Helped me prevent breakouts! Also, make sure you're using oil free everything and not too many oils in your diet. I'm 26. Never in my life have I had acne until now (ifeel like that's worse : ( )! So I hope that helps you somewhat. I use bare minerals. Ulta has a sale on their trial kiit this wk. $20 so you'll know if you'll like it. Comes even with brushes. Ill go buy one for mu purse. Lol. Good luck!
