I got some high value Q's from Vocalpoint recently and used them like this for the spend $10 get $5 ECB:

1 Crest Clinical mouth rinse 473ml $5.79
1 Crest Clinical TP $4.99
Total: 10.78
used $3 off Crest Clinical rinse, $1.50 off crest clinical TP, $1 off mouth rinse CRT
New total after Q's: 5.28 or .28 for both

There is also a 2.25 Q for the Oral B TB but it was more expensive, 5.99 I think.
