I checked my account a few days ago and had gotten two $5 beauty buck rewards, now they are gone! I'm so sick of all my coupons disappearing and having to e-mail CVS over it. It's there problem. Anyone else missing there's?

The same thing happened to me. I called the 1-800 number. They are going to reissue them. The repesetative told me that it takes 24-48 hours for them to be credited back. I think they even told me that they are going to reissue some extra bucks that expired back in April that I had let expire before I used them. Customer service was great.

I wanted to post this here, as it might be an answer as well. I expected to get a 5 ECB today for beauty, so I logged in this morning, and no 5 ECB. So i checked out my totals, and they matched exactly. So I called CS, and they said that it is in my account. She asked if I ever logged into my CVS account before, and I told her I was on it right then. She said you dont see it there...and I said no. She said well it is there, so scan your card and it will print, but if for some reason it dont call back and we will reissue it. So I havent gotten the chance yet to scan my card, but when I do, (around 4pm), I will let all of you know if it does print. Could be some kind of glitch where we cant see it, but they can, if thats understandable....

UPDATE: My 5.00 ECB DID NOT PRINT...GRRRR...CVS. NOW I HAVE TO CALL AND WAIT 2 DAYS...GEEEEEEZ!

My beauty balance is $260ish and I didn't get my $250 beauty club $5 yet.

I was going to scan my card before I contacted them about it. Another strange thing, I received 2 $5 BB but according to my numbers I should have just gotten 1.

I just checked and mine is gone too! I am going to have to start printing everything the day I see it. I thought I would just wait and print it at the red machine later this week. Oh well, I'd better go make that phone call. Thanks OP, for making me check. I would have been upset if I didn't get it printed while in the store!

I have a somewhat unrelated question for everyone. I never get the Beauty cub emails with the coupons even though I am signed up. My mother gets them all of the time with great coupons attached. I emailed cs and asked why I never get them and they said it has to do with spending habits. Is this true? I never get any emails from CVS except for the photo emails, but my email is on file. I don't even get the email when I get a $4/20 coupon in my account.

I think theres a glitch or something, I saw $5 BB yesterday, this morning nothing. Called CS Lady said they were going to issue me BB and some ECB from April as well it was $10 that had expired!!!

I got 2 as well, but don't think I earned any. I thought it was a perk everyone had gotten. I checked the numbers and each has it's own code.

My beauty bucks are gone too. In fact, I've surpassed the $50 bucks twice now and I haven't gotten any bucks. Actually, I had one earlier in the week and then it disappeared. Today, my account updated but no beauty bucks for hitting the $50 mark. I wonder what's going on!! I'll scan my card tonight and see if I get anything. Otherwise, I'll call customer service tomorrow.

On another note, my spring spending keeps changing. I understand that if you get a gas gift card, you are deducted $10, but my spring spending has already been deducted by $20... and I've only managed to get 1 gas card so far. Honestly, what's going on?

Hmmm... I also saw 2 $5 BC ECBs in my account the other day that I was expecting. I went to cvs.com on my iPhone & they were there. The only option I had was "send to card"... I have been doing that anyway sometimes. Was in CVS last night & (among other CRTs), the red coupon machine printed a CRT that said 2 $5 ECBs were sent to my card. Then at the end of your trans, the cashier will ask you if you want to use any of it toward your purchase or not. I'm wondering, since "send to card" is fairly new, if that might be causing some sort of glitch with the online ECBs.

On a side note: my DH was in South Beach, FL, a few weeks ago & when he got home he said, "I have a present for you." He pulled out his wallet & hands me 3 CVS coupons...ha! I was wondering where those disappeared to!!... we use the same card & I had been expecting a $5 ECB for BC, a Free Complete/Revitalens, & (a surprise) I got that $12 PF skincare one. I had sent that $5 BC ECB to my card here in PA & knew I should have gotten the $5 ECB & the Free contact solution CRTs. I was talking to the cashier about it & she said to call Cust Srv. I thought I'd wait a little longer to call... glad I waited, 'cause DH had gone to a CVS in FL before me & gotten them! He said he only looked @ them 'cause his receipt was so long... . So... the mystery of the missing CRTs was solved. Sorry this is so long, wanted to share the story :-)

I just want to update this again. I spoke to the rep and they said they are aware of it, cuz I told him about this awesome sight, (AFC), and he said he cant wait to join! Gave him the web address and everything. I said that other people were reporting that their ECB's were dissapearing etc, and he said that they are definatley on top of it. I would call if you are having any issues at all. They sent mine to my card for me.

Did you get the feeling that they wanted people to call or did they just kind of need a bit of time to get it fixed?

He didnt say to have people call, but he acted suprised when I said ECB's were dissapearing. So maybe they arent fully aware of what is going on. I hope they fix it, I hate coupons being loaded to my card...ugggg

Someone stole my CVS card the other day and used it to print out my Beauty Club ECB's and coupons at the red machine. Thank goodness they did not actually use them, however I now have to wait three weeks for a replacement card and for them to transfer all my new balances. In the mean time I have to give my phone number when I check out and wait to see what prints. So I did this on Sunday and lo and behold someone elses name printed out on my receipt? I don't know what is going on. The lady at corporate told me she would transfer everything to my new account and to wait about three days before I could print out my new ECB's so who know what is going on all I know is I will be making sure all my balances are tied to my new card. I guess and I can give up getting any % off's or 4/20 etc for while until my new card comes in. Luckily we have a great manager and he has been helping me with all this.

I will give it a few days before I email then. I love having the coupons on the card rather than printing out at home...but only if the coupons are going to stay put!

It sounds like one of two things happened. Some sort of CVS glitch or someone has hacked the email account that you have attached to your card. They cant just change the name without going through some sort of official channel. I would go to that email account right now and change the password. Then I would go over any account that I had associated with that email address that had any sort of financial implications looking for any purchases I did not make.

The email account that I had attached to eBay, Amazon and PayPal along with a couple of other shopping accounts was hacked earlier this year. I caught it within 12 hours of the first activity and it still took a few weeks to get everything sorted out and charged back. I dont mean to be alarmist but the sooner that kind of stuff is caught, the better

I just spoke to a rep about not getting mine. She said there is a problem and it was showing as "on hold". She is sending a $5 EBC "courtesy coupon" to my card and then said the original may eventually print out as well and to feel free to redeem it also. Maybe that is why some are getting $10?
