Always been that way...I actually got a 30 ECB for beauty. Its not midnight to midnight though. I still havent figured when it stops for the night, because the one time I was expecting an ECB but they werent able to see my reciepts past 9 PM the one day. So it took an extra day for those reciepts to come back.

If you want to search all my posts. Back when they had the Got 2 B for 3.99, and the 3.00 coupons, they also had the deal where it was olay 3.99 and the coupon for get a free olay body was I posted that I was expecting a 50,00 ECB. I only got a 30.00 ECB as it stopped keeping track for the day. Ive had this happen twice already and I posted it each time.

My deals looked like this:

4 Got 2 B 15.96 -12.00 in q's
2 Olay 7.98 -3.00/2
1 Olay Bodywash (cant remember the price, they all had different anyway) - the bodywash per P & G coupon).

I also got multiple other items cuz I was using multiple 3.00/15.00 coupons...and some stores I did 4 or 5 transactions. But I went to multiple stores all day and night to get them. HTH

I remember that it was also when they had the Cash Cards going, cuz I bought like 30 of the Gold Emblem sugar, and tons of the Charmin that was 2.99 for a 4 pack.

I bought a bunch of beauty on Sun which got me past $300 then $350 in the same transaction and a $10 Beauty ECB printed yesterday, so I do think it can happen.

Time, wouldn't you then had been credited for getting the $300 mark and the $350 mark = 10ecb? Which would be on par with what bc usually is.

But if you had already been at 300$ then went 350$ and got 10ecb, that would be different to get a $10 ecb.

I'm just wondering because I've done TX's with at least $50 in beauty and didn't get a $10 ecb for it. (unless I was just short the first $5 then also hit the second with a $50+ amount tx.)

Yeah I am not saying it isn't correct, just that it printed one 10 rather than two 5.

I think there is some confusion in this thread, (mine included).

I understand what you mean now. I thought you meant you'd get $10 for the single $50 but you're saying you crossed a $50 threshold twice in 24 hours and a single $10 ECB printed. That's happened to me with Covergirl and Olay.

I had a $5 bb yesterday and it is gone today plus I was expecting another $5 bb today and I have none. So....should I call CS or just wait it out?? Thanks.

Update: they are both in my account so no CS necessary.

Mine disappeared from the Cvs website this morning as well but now (8pm est) is showing up in my account. Let's see tomorrow will it print out from the scanner machine in the store .

I had the same issue. Three days ago I saw I had 5.00 in BB. Went to CVS this morning to print them out and it didn't come. Logged back into my account on my phone and it was gone. So I called care and she said it must have expired and I told her that it said it didn't expire until June 10th. She checked and saw it on her comp but said when I tried to print it at the red machine it must have gotten lost in the Internet world and she reissued. It will of course take 48 hours.

mines came back but when i went in the cashier said nothing was in his system. He showed me and it says coupons not found. I called cs and they said they would reissue it. Hopefully they do since one was scheduled to expire today..

I didnt spend $100 on beauty tho....I purchased 10 loreal products that were $7.99 then $3.89 the BOGO1/2....even if the full amount if each Loreal was counted to beauty that is only $79.90 not $100....confused...

If my total for beauty is 248.92...and I purchase 51.08 in 1 day, then I would get a 10 ECB...but everyone has been posting issues with what is going on. Im not saying to you in particular that this is what happend, it was a broad answer to how it possible to get a 10 ECB for beauty.

As far as I know CVS has now fixed this problem.......but if you dont want the extra 5 ECB, give it back to them......JK.

I got two, $5 ecbs in my account a few days ago and thought what a nice gift from CVS. I used them on an item that should have earned another $5 beauty ecb. The correct amount was added to my beauty spending, but no ecb. Guess they got the glitch fixed. If I don't get an ecb on my next $50, I will call cs.
