So since these are manufacturer's coupon, we are allowed to use multiples in a single transaction? What does it mean "limit one coupon per purchase" then? Sorry I'm new to these type of deals.

Think item=purchase*. You can purchase multiple items in a single transaction.

*More specifically however many items it takes to make the deal. Take the $3/2 Pantene coupons for example. They are one coupon per purchase, no more than 4 like coupons in a transaction/ shopping trip. In that case a purchase means set of 2.
