I finally got some of the buy strips get cleanser free coupons, so yesterday I went and bought both, forgetting they were on sale 2/$12 (my store is awful at marking sale items). So when I came home without my $5 ECB I knew why.

So I went back today and bought the makeup removing wipes for $3.19. But the ECB still didn't print. Am I doing something wrong?

Hmmm not sure why. Someone posted that they were tracking but I don't have experience with the tracking myself. I was going to go in today to get more because I did the same as you, forgot the sale and only got 2 for a total of $12.

What does it say at the bottom of your receipt? It should show the amount needed to get the ECBs.

I bought the cleansing wipes and I still got the ECB...maybe it varies by store?

It's not tracking...I bought the strips and cleanser a few minutes ao...had to have the ecb printed.

Yes as far as I know it's only tracking at 4 deals for the month...but not in separate transactions... So you need to spend the. $15 in one transaction to get the $5 ecbs...then if you have spent more it won't carry over to the next deal....you have up start all over again - Max 4 deals!!

It MAY be tracking. Mine said .42 needed for next reward from a few weeks ago when they were 7.29. So I grabbed one pack of strips at $6 and it did print out the $5. So I think that means it is tracking.

I just double checked my receipt and I think it is tracking BUT it's mislabeled. I have NEVER purchased Jergens ANYTHING at CVS. I just started shopping 3 months ago so I'd remember. It says Jergens spend 15, get 5 amount towards this rewards 12, amount needed 3. I'm going in later so we shall see.

Correction it may track before $15 but when you buy more than $15 in one transaction....it resets - for example I bought 2 sets $24 total..minus coupons and bogo - end result I get the $5 ecb
But on the receipt it shows 15 needed for reward...

So basically the 9 extra spent does not roll to the new $5ecb...

Max 4 times it appears...

Mine tracked also I got 4 biore items(2 strips and 2 cleansers) and used two of the BOGO coupons . Somehow the two cleansers didn't come up in the system so the cashier just rang it as a taxable item so I didn't get my ecb( I didn't notice until I got home) the receipt also said that I spent $12 and needed $3 so I went back a day later and got one more item. I could have tried taking 4 items back and having them rering it so I would have got the $5 but I thought it was too much of a hassle.

I noticed that too when I went back my receipt said $18 spent toward this reward and $15 needed to earn the reward.

jergen, john frieda, biore are all kao brands annd part of this deal.. so uts tracking correctly as far as listing jergens

It is tracking the amounts ... However each $5 has to be redeemed separate

Earlier I rung up 2 boxes and 2 cleansers
it was $24 - Gave me $5 ECB then gave me $9 towards next reward

How odd! Mine doesn't! It wants $15 each time!??? Even when I was well over it did not track the excess for another $5!

Anyhow I got my 4 deals!!

Same for me. Anything over $15 didn't track but if less than $15 would track. That sometimes happens on monthly deals.
