The b1g1 gives you the free item wyb something else. You can also use a q for that qualifying item since it's regular price.

2 pantene 2/$7
1 free with b1g1 q
1 you bought reg price -can use addtl. mq on this one

In the case of 6 pantene, 3 are free and 3 reg price
Use $1/2 plus an addtl $/1 if you have one. All 6 items will have q applied.

Yes I understand what this is saying. I am referring the the statements made in march with the Olay deal. Comments here from Cooletz23 and missdanalu

So this is where I am confused at.

Usually the % q is adjusted at the end of the transaction and not after each q is used. If you used any CVS store qs or ECBs that could reduce the % q amount.

This happened to me once as well. However, I have combined them many times since by giving my FB q as the first q.

This was always my understanding as well. I think the new coding may have changed things.

Don't bank on them taking off the full $4.99, they're on sale and ringing up at 2/$6.97 so they should be taking off $3.48.

The only pantene listed in my ad is the family size shampoo and conditioner for 5.99. Is this a unadvertized special. The items I want are not shampoo or conditioner

There are 2 different sales for Pantene...The bigger ones are 5.99...on page 1...and on page 5 the smaller ones are 2/6.97 +1 ECB...HTH

Thanks! All I knew was I didn't have my inserts and only one B1G1 Q from my delivered paper so couldn't use it I was tempted to buy some papers but I didn't. I wish I could buy papers locally for cheap, I HATE waiting for my inserts but it's cheaper than buying the paper.

b1g1 sale and b1g1 Q are not the same thing. CVS does allow coupons on b1g1 sale but b1g1 Q is left to manufacturers.
