It has allowed me to stop the 50-75 emails i get a day from blogs who no doubt get the information to me way to late because the emails do not come out in real time

Love this forum its a one stop all you need with almost instant help for anything you need to know

I agree! AFC is the best and I no doubt believe those blogs get their deals from AFC. Most of the time it gets posted on blogs way too late. I don't think half of the blogging sites really do their own coupon match ups either.

This forum has helped me build my stockpile up without having to visit a bunch of other sites!! It has also helped me be confident about myself and couponing, i wouldn't ever go back to paying full price!!!

I have been here for a little over two years (lurking for more before I joined) and I come here at least three times a day, just to make sure I am not missing something. I don't have to take hours and hours searching the web for deals and freebies, I just come here and I have everything at my fingertips. I have enough shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, laundry soap, canned vegetables, make-up, soap and OTC medicine for my family for the remainder of the year. I have made so many friends even though we may never meet and they are miles away. For the most part, people are friendly and willing to help. I LOVE AFC!

I agree with everyone! I'm totally addicted. I deleted my twitter app because I never used it anymore since I'm on AFC all the time.
No more wasted time and it's easy to do spur of the moment trips without days of planning. Thanks to all the gurus that share their knowledge every week.

Yep, AFC is my Facebook! I get on here first thing in the morning...check it all day in between getting everything done and then again at night. Since I started coming here I don't read any of the other coupon sites anymore, I need to unsubscribe to the emails so they stop filling up my inbox !

I couldn't agree more! People are so helpful and kind. I tend to ask a lot of questions because I'm still pretty new. I just started to coupon in Feb. and this site has allowed me to save money as well as help my family out. I only wish I couponed as an undergraduate -- oh the things I could have saved money on -- like toothpaste! It's never to late to start though.

I <3 AFC! I am constantly referring people to AFC. People here are helpful and information tends to be accurate and comes through early. I swear bloggers lurk here to copy & paste form the forums.
I hate say it, but some people tell me they prefer their blogs over AFC because they're easier to follow. This. Does. Not. Compute. Oh well, their loss!

this site has helped me go to lowes foods and get carts full of stuff for $30 and bags full of stuff for $3 all the while staying within the rules. this site has taught me that rebates are a way to save money and you can actually make cvs money with coupons, crt's and ecb's. the matchups are very helpful in getting groceries, nice shampoo's, etc at the lowest price possible. also have learned that target web q's even exist and the savings of using a manu q with a target q. i have learned that target marks down toys cheap and the folks here know when it will happen so you can stock up early for christmas presents at a fraction of the cost. i like the fact that any printable link from this site will not be a fake coupon and the amount of great printable coupons that are available is just amazing. thanks to this site i have got many freebies from facebook including free dominos pizza, small bag of purina dog food via priority mail, coupons for free chips, pantene, john freida. thanks to members here i have learned to spend my money wisely, a dollar saved is a dollar earned.

You have to be a little tough and willing to stick up for yourself if you know you are right. Even in the friendliest of places every so often you will encounter a cashier that thinks you are ripping off her employer by using coupons. If calmly explaining the rules of the coupon policy and the coupons themselves dont work then you will need to escalate the issue either by speaking to management or by contacting the stores customer service. I always do that under the guise of 'clarifying the issue for myself' even when I know I am right. No need to outright rub their faces in the face that you know their job better than they do. In fact I even had a manager say to a cashier once that I knew her job better than the cashier. I just smiled and thanked him for clarifying the issue because all the rules can be soooo confusing at times.

CVS is one of the coupon friendly stores in my opinion. They have great deals and great customer service. I live within 3 CVS stores and I have not had any problems at any of them. I would say start off small like any store and go for the deals that your family will benefit from the most. CVS is great for getting laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent.

I would also suggest looking at the weekly ad threads, they are ususaly two to three weeks out. That way you can start planning your trips a week or two ahead of time.

There is definately a learning curve to couponing. I have made so many mistakes but I feel like I am getting better. This site is the best! People put together deals I would have never thought about on my own. Thanks!

We have been away from the Q shopping after setting up our stockpile 2 yrs ago. We finally have the time and used up the stuff from before so it's time to stockpile again. My friends and family sure enjoy all the free stuff I give them! I have bodywash and deodorant for at least another 2 yrs! LOL

this forum has helped me to create scenarios/transactions. before, I will use a coupon here and a coupon there, not anymore. I have a strategy and a game plan, and for example if they don't have this and that, then I'm ready to do this or the other. thank you so much for all the knowledge I have learned thanks to you all. thanks for helping me use coupons, do transactions, etc. etc.
