You guys know the survey on the receipts? Call for feedback, 16 digit survey number. Has anyone ever actually won anything? Between the instant win and monthly drawing I would think someone here would have won but I have never seen it posted. I have probably done 50 of them and received zilch. Anyone else?

I have never personally won either... Whomp Whomp... but I have read of someone winning $10 on this site.... If im not mistaken i want to say that they mailed a check and not a GC... I have done a handful myself and nothing...!!! Im kinda upset with myself because i used to ignore them and throw them away... like a Dumbo...!

I asked the cashier how come now when I call it asks me 1 question and thats it and she says they track the phone number so if hte same phone number is calling in to many times it will stop counting that person because she said managers were i guess taking the codes and calling it in or something like that

Either way I am gonna start switching which phone I use for each receipt I call in this way it counts all of them

A few weeks ago, my cashier gave me a CVS disposable camera for calling the survey in right then before I left the store. That's not really winning anything, but it was a freebie. I think I'll give it to a niece or nephew who is not old enough to have a cell phone for a field trip. I don't ever see using it myself because it costs $$ to see the pictures and I always have my cell phone on me.

I've never won but I complete the survey when I get one, main reason I do is to give my CVS's a "5" because they are q friendly. It's an easy way to make your store "shine" if you've received good service, and there's always a slim chance I might snag a prize!

I believe all the surveys you enter count as long as each survey is a different survey number, it doesn't matter whether you call from the same phone # each time. After you've called on the first survey each month, you only have to answer one question for any survey's you complete for the rest of the month that you've called under the same phone #. I like that because it makes the survey quick & easy

I'm not sure that's true, because i did something like that for both my cvs and wags stores, and both stores told me they never received the due credits, not even any records of them actually been done!! I was very mad, since I did my wags ones online and spent more than two hours to go through more than 20 of them until I ran out of nice things to say about their staff, each individual names were mentioned, I tried to say different things to avoid corp thinking manager did them by themselves! As for the cvs ones, I was planning to say different things too, but apart from the first call, I wasn't even given a second chance to say anything! It just went straight to thank you for calling, you are not an instant winner this time, bla bla bla, and the cashier told me she didn't receive special recognition or any mention of her good customer service! !

I too have been banned to the 1 question survey. It has been over a month, so that is not the deal. I have not been doing them anymore and I don't get crts now. I am rethinking my cvs loyalty and trying to remember why I left Rite Aid. I know some people do many stores but I really can't make time for more than one store. Lalala, anyway hope things change cause I do like my cvs people.

We do surveys at my job too. People are limited to one call every 6 weeks, which may or may not go directly to a short survet instead of extended. Wonder what cvs limit is..

After doing the surveys for over a year, I stopped...It just was not worth the extra time, even if it was less than 5 minutes...It's very disappointing to keep entering something and never ever win anything...Just a TY!! I know it's not possible for everyone to win but, Geez, send a coupon for the effort at least..
