Our registers here were acting odd today too. The lady had to force print my ECB and when I went to scan my card the CRT machine said no coupons today check again tomorrow.

Mine had to be manually printed as well. All of them. Not sure why but instead of multiple small extra bucks I have one big $14.00 extra buck slip I wasnt very happy.

My cashier gave me the option of breaking up the ECBs or 1 big one.

I just realized I didn't get my Hershey ECBs. I'll contact customer service tomorrow for it.

my store still has tons of them this morning. i wanted to buy 2 more b/c i have another crt but was afraid this hasn't been fixed yet. has anybody got the ecb today? i didn't want to bother with getting it forced b/c it will have trouble scanning and i hate to be a pain.

Mine tracked strange on my receipt. I bought 4 total, used no coupons (already used them last week) and it now says limit reached 4 , but it did spit out my $2ecb. So not sure what that is all about. I did spend $30 on cvs products, we needed some things and I had a 25% off coupon and none of it tracked and the $10ecb I should have gotten did not print. The manager after so haggling printed it but insisted the limit was 1 and that I could not do it anymore.

My store had one left yesterday evening! But I did get a rain check! Can we use the crts that will be expired by the time more come back in on those or is that ymmv?

If the CRT is stapled to the rain check they should accept it. I can't post the link (I'm on my phone)and but CVS website says this under the FAQs I believe.

Even though the website says it's ok I still have had issues with getting manager approval but in the end they were accepted.

Plus this CRT is still printing this week.

I thought you couldn't get a raincheck on seasonal merchandise? I remember sale before BF, they had the Turtles for $1.99 but they only had 2 in stock...I asked for a raincheck and the store manager said no because the Turtles were Holiday Turtles (it was printed on the box) and not like the regular Turtles they carried year round...so if you can get a RC, then I feel duped...All the cheap Turtles I could have been enjoying...

It's not just seasonal, that's more general than what the exclusion really is. You can't get a raincheck on specific promotional items that they don't normally stock - or more specifically, what they don't RESTOCK. For example, on BF they had some promotional sizes for Benefiber and they weren't issuing rainchecks for those because they are not normally stocked.

In the case of the Snickers eggs, those might fall under that exclusion because although they do carry Snickers year round, they don't carry that small size/shape year round. It's not just a matter of different packaging for the holiday, it's an egg so they won't restock after easter with Snickers NonEaster Eggs.

The turtles they should have done, it would have been like M&M's that come in different packaging year round, or sometimes Coke comes in Christmas cans and is on sale, etc. They are stocked year round and the replacement is essentially the same thing w/o the holiday packaging.

Also, CVS cannot order items they don't have on planogram. So they wouldn't be able to order up on the Eggs and Bunnies since they aren't items they regularly carry.

Yah but I noticed the stores have been carrying some form of them since Halloween , Pumpkins, Christmas trees, valentines hearts now eggs

I imagine since they sell so well they might come out with something for 4th of july or summer

I don't get these just because they are free - I also would get them as fillers at walgreens and there are times i went in and bought them because they were so good
