CVS definately makes things easier than Wags. I am soooo happy that I found this website, too. I use to think couponing was a waste of time. It was too much work just to save .25. Now I know better. I will never go back!

I don't really have problems instore at Wags, they try to be very helpful.... BUT once you email customer service the service is terribly. The person I got barely spoke english and was rude.

I can relate to this, had a problem redeeming the $5 off $25 Walgreens coupon after spending over a half hour shopping the store, the register said the coupon was already used. Wrote to Wags corporate and they haven't got back to me, what a waste of time, think I'll just stick to CVS.

I haven't stepped foot into Wags since the beginning of last October...and I don't regret it. It's too out of the way for me and there haven't been any sales that are worth the drive for me. I know there was the free got2b sale going on, but my Wags sucks at restocking, so I won't even bother. CVS is enough to keep me busy for now. I'm a CVS addict.

I'm a part time shopper at wags. Tried to quit once but sometimes the deals are too good to pass up. So have learned to shop in moderation Just the one Rite Aid near us so never shopped there. Cvs is my favorite by far. |

Maybe I need a cvs teacher . ... I can get deals on clearance. But get somewhat annoyed with the limits on ecb per each item. What am I missing ? I want to feel the cvs love too! |

I second that emotion...I only stop in WAGS when they have the Arizona Tea 2/$1 or BOGO...and this is usually a stop on my way to CVS...LOL!! As I will have walked from one CVS to go the other CVS within walking distance of each other, with WAGS in between both...

I just hate in WAGS that you need a filler to use your RR. It making my head hurts with all the fillers and alternating deal just to get RR to print. I really wish the WAGS infront of our house is CVS. I'm sure I'll be there all day

The Walgreens employees I encountered yesterday were so rude to me. Even their customer service agents on the phone!

I don't like Wags either. Too much effort and sold out stuff can ruin a plan so much worse there than anywhere else. I know people like Wags because they don't have limits like CVS does, but I still have a very healthy stockpile and I more or less shop CVS exclusively. I can be dragged into wags for a really good deal, but it usually formula or diapers and not the usual CVS suspects.

CVS 90% of the time now after being told I was using copied coupons and trying to con them on the HELP things (only had 4 coupons). Once this rr are gone I wont shop there anymore.

I am a tech and worked at CVS so I am just more familiar with CVS. It's comfortable. I always seem to have trouble with Walgreens. Not to mention I work for a company feuding with them right now so as soon as I walk in I feel like I am wearing a scarlet letter. |

I quit going to walgreens too. The deals are more difficult to figure out, their cashiers seem to be less efficient and knowledgeable than cvs about their policies and equipment. The reader guns sometimes don't read their own qs without the special folding that only some cashiers can do. You have to count items and q's and sometimes have to buy stuff you don't want to use your RRs. It's hard to understand which items are part of a deal - you can study the picture in the add, but still get the wrong 'flavor' or variety and you lose. My biggest pet peeve is when they have an RR deal where you have to reach a certain $$ threshold, but then they add a percent off sale on the same items...which makes it impossible to figure out how many items you need to get to reach the threshold without a calculator or a Rainman - I believe they do this on purpose, thinking you won't buy enough to get the RR or you'll buy extra product to be sure you reach the threshold.

I have the opposite experience. Most of the CVS stores have horrible cashiers and they are always out of everything I want. WAGS on the other hand, has wonderful and friendly cashiers, very seldom runs out of stuff (and will call another store and put it on hold for you if they do), stores are cleaner and better organized than CVS too. I shop both though.
