If u have a rain check for 12 for 99cent Do u need to buy 12 to meet the spend $12 get $6 ecb OR can u buy just 4 soft soap tracking as $3 a piece but paying only 99 cent each?

I thought the softsoap in the 1/29 ad producing ecbs was for bodywash, not the hand soap. I think my ad in Cali showed the bodywash.

The foam and liquid hand soap ss is included in our area. Im in central valley CA hth
