| Will the CRT for Huggies count toward the ECB deal?
I have a CRT for free Huggies. I was thinking of using the coupon, the $4 off jeans diapers and 2 $2/1 man Qs toward the $25 Huggies deal. think the free package will count toward the $25?

Looks good to me..I know thy cant be more than 11.99..and yes u can have 3 manf Qs even if u have a free item.. I did it this am and will do it again next week with my 4 free CRTs. I plan on doing 2 transactions so I can use 2 $3/15 CRTs ( I have 3(1 card)) us and 2 $4/$20 along with 4 $1/1 Huggies CRT, 4 $2/1 manfQs in each transaction I should have about $13 in overages to use elsewhere.. I LOVE CVS |

Unfortunately I only have one $3/$15 CRT and NO $4/20. You can't use both anyway, right? If the total doesn't come to more than $35?

Yes you sure can. The babycare needs to be $15 or over and the total basket before tax need to be at least $20 to use both.

I DID get another CRT so its ok! Not a wasted trip. I think I will have a day next week to use my first $3/15 CRT before it expires too! So $30 in diapers for $10 gas card!

Technically, you're not supposed to use a $3/15 and a $4/20 together, even if one of them is targeted like the Baby Care unless the total is $35 (or whatever the combined number should be). LOTS of cashiers & managers allow it, though. FYI - you can always combine CVS coupons with MFR coupons so that CRT for free diapers can be combined with a $/1 - BUT - CVS doesn't do overage so make sure there's somewhere for that dollar to go. 99% of the time there won't be any issues as long as something else in your purchase would qualify for that coupon's use. If it's just another random item, then it's less certain. Confusing? Example: 2 Packs Huggies = $20 - Free Dipes CRT - (2) $1/1 = $12 total coming off, probably with no beeps, because that second $1/1 coupon has a second bag of Huggies to take a dollar from. 1 Pack Huggies = $10 1 Coke = $1 - Free Dipes CRT - $1/1 Huggies In this case, the $1/1 Huggies will probably beep because there are no more Huggies to be discounted. Also, the cashier can refuse the $1/1 because CVS technically doesn't do overage so even though it's perfectly good stacking (Store + MFR) they never have to allow overage. (Other examples of this were the Lumene deals & the HE/Aussie deals. The coupons were all for more than the products and typically in that situation the coupons beep and the cashier will adjust the value down. But in almost all of the cases, everyone had enough of the same product that the coupons went thru.) |
