| Send to card option
I received an email for 4/20 earlier in the week and saw the "send to card" option, so I clicked it. Went to my account and there it was....even printed a summary at the magic coupon machine! However, I received another email today and opted to send to card...checked my account and it's not there. Scanned card in-store and no summary printed either. Soooooo I called CVS customer service. They can't find any record of the email I received. After 23 minutes on the phone they tell me there is nothing they can do about the 4/20, but they will send a coupon to the red machine for a free product (she didn't tell me the price limit). Loved the concept of the "send to card" option, but I'll start printing those coupons to prevent this from happening again. $/$ coupons for me are rare and it sucks I missed out on this one bc of a system error.

I don't think I would want them on card anyway, cause you may not be able to decide when to use them ...sounds like system still has a few bugs

Did you use the first one before loading the second one? I am guessing it will only allow one xx off xx coupon. I have loaded a couple of them and they work great. Not a big deal.

I, too, have been pleased with "send to system". It always takes the amount off before any coupons or ECBs, just as I would have handed it to the cashier first. It's a relief to have one less coupon to hand, you know?

I think here is your problem. When you send them to your card, or print even, you only have, I believe, up to 5 days, normally 3, to use them. Choose the option of Print, and only print it on your last "eligible" day to print, and this will extend the expiration date. IMO, don't send to the card. It will only be used on your next eligible purchase.

| They are the type like $ 4.00 off $ 20.00 purchase. Eventually your ECB's will be able to be sent to your card. I am sure they will move to them completely unprinted.

If I didn't have them printed and in hand I'd surely forget to use it before the expiration--it helps me plan out my transaction to get them all together and put them in the right order.
