Not really. But, your lucky it was only $4. I lost over $40 ecb before and by the time I found them, they had expired. I called cvs and they said they cannot reset them anymore since June *they put a new policy in place*. Good luck!

Sure! Go into your account online @ CVS.com. You can reprint them there. They look at them a bit funny sometimes because not many people print them, but they are valid & at this point - your only easy option.

How do you do that? I don't see any option for that.

I thought the only ones that appeared online were your quarterly spending ones... not the one issued weekly... The quarterly ones will then disappear as soon as they are used...

I recently lost a $10 ECB coupon. I called CVS Customer Care and they set it up so that they reprinted at the register 48 hours after my call. I had to call twice, but the 2nd call worked like a charm!

The CSR I spoke with told me that because they hadn't been redeemed, he could reprint it for me.

Wow, I didn't know that! I guess they just can't reissue expireds... but, they can reissue lost ones that hadn't expired. That's really helpful info. Sorry for the misleading info I gave before! I stand corrected, I think!

I stand corrected.......I should have double checked before I posted. I haven't done this since before they started giving out ECB's immediately earlier this year. When you had to wait 48hrs for them to print, they used to post every transaction to your online account & you could print them all out. I guess when they made it where it printed immediately & it was easier to keep track of they did away with that. Sorry for the bad info...... Maybe they found they had people printing them & using the CRT & getting cashiers to override it or something.

I would think that you can call them & they would resend it for you as stated above though. I have had to call them & get them to correct when they had problems that prevented it from printing. As long as it is still not expired, they should be willing to resend it. Good luck!
