OK I have a ebc card but no points. I went tonight and got 9 books. They were not out, no one in the pharmacy knew anything about them but a very nice lady went and looked in the back and came out with a lot of them. I got 9. What is the best thing for me to do? I have a card and so does my husband. Should I just start out with the Nova Max deal? I don't have a lot that I can spend out of pocket to start. Do I do 5 different transactions all at the same time? Do I use a different coupon everytime? Do I get other stuff?
Once I do the tranactions does that mean that I will have $100.00 (200.00 if you count both card) to spend at CVS?
Thanks for your help. I have LOTS of coupons so there may be other things I can do.

If you buy one, you wouldn't be spending anything out of pocket since the coupon would bring the total to 0. You would get $20 ECB. If you buy 2 of them, you would have a $40 to spend. I wouldn't buy 5 of them at a time, since your ECB will be $100.

If you are going to try to do them on the same day, I would do them in separate transactions....otherwise you will have one $100 ECBs and they don't give change back when you use ECBs (i.e. you have to spend $100 before tax to use it all). If you do it is 5 different transactions, you will get 5 $20 ECBs which is more reasonable to spend. If you use a $4 off $20 with one of your transactions, you can get another $4 in stuff for free. I'd also do the soyjoy (there are coupons out for that that I think Sherry posted the link to in another thread) which is a good way to get a smaller denomination ECB. Also try for the Beano (printable coupons, SS coupons and rebate available) and the Crest Pro Health (ss coupons and MIR for another free tube) monthly deals.

Don't do ecb deals with big payouts at the same time. You are kind of trapped having to spend a lot in one whack. Also, if you are going to buy the monitors, they are 29.99. YOu can use a 4/20 printable and a 2/10 printable with no problems AND mine will let me use another 2/10 (from the pharmacy counter...they have tons in the pamphlet section). This will get you $8 in stuff FREE...you just have to have at least one item for every coupon you use including x/xx coupons. I did this when I bought my nephew's freestyle lite today because if you are going to spend money you better get your free stuff. 5 transactions x $8 free stuff each time = $40 free stuff...and maybe you can get free stuff that also pays out ecb. I just get stuff I need. I do not go into cvs without x/xx printables. I print off 30 2/10 and 5 4/20 to keep in the car at all times. I also scored the 2/10 cards from the pharmacy and use those every time I can as well. If you are going to spend $8, you might as well spend 10 to use your 2/10 and get something you need free.

marbear, am I understanding you that you use the 29.99 monitor to get you over the $20 so you can use the $4/20 and get basically that $4 free, and so on?

Use the 4/20 and 2 of the 2/10, bc/ if you spend 30 on the monitor, you can use a 4/20 and a 2/10 b/c that is $30 (add the bottom 2 numbers) and then another 2/10 b/c you will be spending more on your free stuff...make sense? Get the $8 off stuff free, b/c after the 30 monitor and 10 free stuff you can use stackables for up to 40 worth of stuff.

oh...different codes on the 2/10...one is printable from here and can be used multiple times (just once per transaction) and then plenty of 2/10s on cards in the pharmacy.
