Okay let's say I have my cvs card and my husband also has a cvs card.
If I do the tylenol deal where you get $10 back in ECBs and then I go back with my husband card to make another deal can I use my $10 ECBs??? I guess I just want to know does the scanner recognize that you scan one cvs card and used ECBs from another... (I hope this makes sense)

No. ECB's are tied to each card. You cannot use yours earned on HIS card. They are barcoded.

No, but I have 2 cards and I find I use my ecbs pretty quickly still. It will be a higher initial investment, but you'll get twice the great deals

Do you have the 2 $5/any tylenol printables or the $1 printables from the inserts a few weeks ago? That would help lower you oop costs. ALSO: Make sure you search this thread for the "Fall Medicine Cabinet" rebate tylenol is doing. It is one per household but a $5 rebate. It turned this deal into a moneymaker for me even without the $5 coupons.
