So, I have had issues with a local CVS dealing with the shopping cart seatbelts (there aren't any on the carts!! They are all broken!!) and also with them being out of stuff. Today I went in there, list, coupons, and ecb in hand, lugged my daughter and put in in a cart, keeping my hands on her to keep her from climbing out.

First item I looked for:
Bic Comfort 3 Advanced Razors....they were out

Second thing:
Bic Soleil Razors....they were out

Third thing:
Herbal Essences shampoo/conditioner....they had that

Fourth thing:
All Small and Mighty.....out!

Fifth thing:
Keri Lotion....out!

Sixth thing:
Maalox for Kids....out!

I was livid. I left the cart in the middle of the aisle, grabbed my daughter, and huffed out. I was so mad.

Oh yeah...another thing.....the little card scanner wasn't able to print out coupons!

With my coupons and everything else, I would have pretty much paid only tax on the items!! So, I e-mailed CVS. I am probably on their black list now.

I know I dont post much, but I was so mad I had to share.

I'm so sorry you had a bad trip to CVS. Find out when their truck comes in and go the next day. It usually takes them some time to get it out. I just LOVE cvs!!! It could have been you went on the day right before the truck. And they sometimes only come once a week. Others are out after the good deals. The early bird gets the worm! Maybe another CVS in your area has a different delivery day.

Shea, that's how I feel about Walgreen's. Whenever I have gone there specifically for a sale item, I have never been successful, even on the first day of the sale. I know exactly how you feel.

I wouldn't worry about not posting much! We're here for you! Whether it's good or bad. Hang in there with CVS. That truck does come in before the week's over!

The last time I had an issue with them, it was the evening after their truck came. I e-mailed them and complained and they sent me a $10 gc. I love CVS but it is generally just this one store. I am going to go to a different store tomorrow.

Oh and I KNOW what you mean about Walgreens. I actually had the manager hand-deliver something to my house that I made a fuss about a few months back.

I'm not out to get on their black lists!! I just want them to be stocked and prepared!!

CVS is not as bad as walgreens, but if you want the ecb items you better know when the truck is coming in or go on the first morning of the sale. Ridiculous...

Walgreens, on the other hand, will keep teasing you about how long it will take them to get stuff on the shelves. I hate that! Just admit you can't get around to it for a few days...I'd rather hear that than lug my kids in and out 10 times for nothing.

I don't go to Walgreens anymore. I tried to give them one final chance to win me back. The last time I went there I was one week away from giving birth to my twins and I needed an item of a personal nature very badly and the cashier was chatting with his buddy who was in line behind me, paying me no mind. He carelessly threw my stuff in a bag mostly missing the bag and the very item I needed most was tossed under the bag (which was lower than the counter) and big ol' giant pregnant me had to bend over to get it myself. I was NOT happy.

CVS, however, I have no problems with.

OMG!!!!!!!!!! I thought I was the only one... it's not as bad as going 15 minutes away to find out nothing is in stock, and all they can say is tomorrow we are getting a truck in!!! then you go again and SORRY!!! maybe alot of people have been in !?!?! yeah! RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So sorry you went throught this. I am lucky enough to have several CVS's within driving distance, but it is a pain when they are out of things!
