What has everyones luck been with CVS accepting internet printed mfr coupons???

I've not tried yet...I will probably just ask a mgr first. But just curious as to everyones experience.

Have a couple of good ones from the mfrs sites I would like to use - the toothpaste specifically.

I had absolutly no problem using them, and it was the mgr that was at the cash register. My guess is, if there was any policy that stated that they didn't accept them, he would've told me.

So is this another YMMV situation you think?

My CVS allows them

I used them yesterday for the free cat & dog food.

I have used them without a problem.. I am in Illinois

BEEN USING THEM WITH THE J&J SOFTWASH DIANE, NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. ABOUT THE TIME I SAY THAT THOUGH.................

I've never had a problem either and most of the time, the manager rings me up.

I recently sent an email to CVS Corporate asking a few questions about using printable coupons and here is their response:

Thank you for taking the time to contact us with your inquiry. CVS will accept coupons printed from the internet, but only if they have a legible barcode that scans at the register.

Unfortunately, there are coupons that circulate around the internet that have no validity and retailers do not get reimbursed for these coupons. If the coupon does not scan at the register, the cashier should politely inform you that we are unable to accept your coupon. We do not allow coupons printed from the internet to be manually overridden at the registers. Also, it is CVS policy to not accept expired coupons.
