Yesterday was the first time I used my ECC for prescriptions. I bought 2 yesterday - then 2 more today. (DH hurt his back) It says "earn $1.00 ECB for every 2 scripts filled" - Well nothing printed out when I went today. Should it have? The lady mumbled something about not printing until such and such month, quarter, whatever. Insight anyone???

I know on my last receipt from June, it said something like "Get ready for July 1 - new quarter ECB will start printing".. not sure of the exact wording as I just skimmed over it while checking out my savings... you can always call the 1-800 #... if there was a mix up, they'll credit your ECC right away with extra $$

She said something about Oct - so I wonder if because it's after July 1 - if I have to wait for next quarter - October- hmmm...maybe that's it. Thanks for the input. Makes sense.

I understand from the last month deal, where you buy 5 prescription, get $10 back took a week for it to show up..

I get the ECB's from prescriptions and it is done on a quarterly basis. I just got mine for the last quarter I think last week. You do earn $ 1.00 ECB for every 2 prescriptions you have filled. So if you have 2 per month you will earn $ 3.00 in ECB's for a quarter even if you have insurance with a copay. It does not matter how much the scripts are they still count. HTH
