Everyone, make sure you pay attention to your ecbs this week. The following did not print for me today:

Colgate toothpaste ($2.77 x 5)
Gillette Fusion Razor ($4)
John Frieda ($5)

The cashier gratiously gave me a money card for all of the above. The bottom of my receipt showed that I had done a john frieda deal and a gillette fusion razor deal, but nothing printed out. It showed nothing for the colgate toothpaste. The cashier mentioned that a lot of ecbs have not been printing.

I did receive the ecb for the motrin so that one seems ok....also a $10/$50 printed out....love those....especially considering I had used one for that transaction so i kinda got it back! woohoo.

Just pay attention to what's spitting out at the end of your receipt...don't want to miss out on those deals.

angpereces, Thanks...I'm new at this (especially to CVS) so I may not have noticed. AND I was just on my way out to go get some of the Colgate!

happy to help....just make sure you're getting what you're supposed to be getting before you leave the store. It's so much easier for them to fix it on the spot instead of trying to go back and explain what didn't happen. I mentioned to the cashier before she rang everything up that I had heard that the colgate ecb wasn't printing. She said we would check at the end of the transaction to make sure I had received what I was supposed to. She was probably my most favorite cvs cashier to date! She was so nice and helpful and didn't question any of my coupons.....We went through my receipt and the ad afterwards and she added everything up and gave me a money card for $22.xx

WOW, I bought five. The rang up at $2.99 and I got ECB's for one.
So she refunded the other four. I didn't have anymore time.

My receipt says I did all five. Now what do I do?

oohhh...sounds like you're in quite a pickle! If your receipt shows you've reached the limit, I doubt a store employee can do anything for you. I would call corporate and explain what happened, maybe the can reset it or something.

I called corporate and she said they could take care of it at the store or she could but it would take longer.

I was torn as to wht to do, but wanted to see what the store manager would do. We have a new one that I havn't met.

Two of the nice ones have moved.

She did manage to reset some old ECB's. I sure hope that
they print or I will be calling back.

Yep, I too went to CVS and my $2.77 ECB did not print - girl says "Hmmm..Have you already purchased this item?" I said "Hmm...Uh, no. this is only second time using card" DING manager light comes on. He says yeah, we knew this was happening. We can either refund you 2.77 or you can call the 800 # and they will credit your card. I chose the 800 #. We'll see what happens.

So I call the 800 # and the lady was VERY nice. I gave her ALL of the info from the rec't she asked for - I told her it was 2.99 on sale for 2.77 and she said that's okay - we will credit you $3.00 which should print out within about 48 hours!

Cha-Ching - a few cents made. Now let's see if it prints.

I bought one Colgate yesterday and the ECB didn't print out for me either. Can someone give me the 800 number to call or tell me where I can find the 800 number. Thanks.

I didn't get the ECBs for the 5 Colgate I bought and this was a new CVS I visited in another town. The cashier was apparently new because she said she just didn't know what to do. I suggested she call corporate and while waiting she said let's try your other card which didn't work also. Corporate told her to give me a card...so I got 2 gift cards for $13.85 each.

Same thing happened to me though the manager didn't like the idea of me getting a gift card and then possibly getting the ECB's again. So he told me to call CS even though he had just gotten done talking with them. ArGH!

I bought the Fusion razor this evening and the $4 ECB printed

they must have fixed that one
