...i can totally relate about the person behind you! I was in cvs today (my second cvs and still no burt bees!!!!).....I had to do two transactions because I needed some of the ecb from the first transaction for the second transaction. Well the register wouldn't accept the ultra mini blood glucose monitor coupon @ $20 because the item is $19.99...so he needed manager approval....the line really started to grow because the manager was busy with a vendor who showed up. There were probably 6 people behind me and it was lunch time so there are 6 people who really don't like me much.

when your total is $64 how in the world are you using (2) $10/$50 and two $4/20!!!! I want to shop at your cvs.

Ditto. Why not just use 5 of the 10/50 then?

All these had different codes on them as I believe u can't use more than 1 of the same code. Does my way of thinking make any sense?

LOL...I tried to use one $10/$50 and one $4/20 together when my total was around $50 and the mean cashier lady said it was one or the other. That's the CVS I try to steer clear of. They see me coming and it's like a red flag. There are two other CVS stores that are pretty lenient and I don't seem to stick out as much so i try to bless them with my presence more so than the store with the mean cashier. She's full time too so it's not like I can dodge her much. It's the CVS by my work and I used to go up at lunch time, but not anymore.

There is 1 mean full time lady where I usually go on my lunch hour. Luckily, there was a teenager there today because school's out!!

ohhh, that's right, those teenager cashiers are the absolutely best! My full time mean cashier lady works until around 6pm (isn't it scary that I know that!)...that's when the shift changes and the younger people start working. I try to run other errands after work and get there around 6pm so by the time i check out she's already gone! At times it seems a bit like a "stalker" but seriously I don't think she likes me much. I even know her car! Is that wrong?

lmbo!!!!! I feel so much better now. I am not alone in my thinking. Could it be a Angie thing. Do you do this at Target too?

...no it's only at this cvs....the problem is that I'm there usually 3-4 days during the week doing deals and she's always sceptical of me...she goes through my coupons doubling checking whatever it is she thinks I'm trying to do. I don't try to do any sort of coupon scam or anything of the sort, but she makes me feel like I am sometimes. I always have the right coupons and right coupon count so the register doesn't beep or anything.

Honestly, one day I pulled up in the parking lot and saw her get into her car to leave...that's the only reason I know her car. I just pay attention when I go there now as to whether or not she's there. It just makes my life a lot easier.

That is so true with me also. I love the younger cashiers at any store since they just push the coupon through.

THough isn't so strange that the manager has to unlock a drawer to get a book of stamps?!? Then of course, they tend to hang around for the transaction. I have a really cool CVS manager that I tend to give things to and she is cool with me using so many coupons!

I didn't even know cvs sold stamps???!?!?!
