You need to spend all $40 or you won't get any ECB's. I think that they just worded it really funny.

No these are crt's that have printed... you have to purchase the full $40 to get the $10 off. You would want to purchase this amount anyways due to getting the$10 ecb.

I received 3 of these on one of my cards. I used these on Sunday with the $10/50 printable coupon, and then this card also had several $10/50 crt's so this was a nice combo...
