Kimberly Clark deal problem question

Hi! I bought 4 bags of pull-ups and 2 boxs of wipes for the KC deal. The total before tax and coupons was $39.98...I just checked my account and they only are giving me $15 for this promo instead of $20 for spending $40. I thought that they usually round up!? I also noticed that it said for "week of" and maybe I should go spend another dollar? The ad said had to be all spent in one transaction? What would you do? Thank You!

How many points did you get towards the deal? Was it 39 or 40 (like you got credit for the diapers and the wipes), or was it just 35 or 36 (as if you didn't get credit for the wipes)?

Were the wipes you bought identical? (cuz it looks like you got credit for one, but not the other). Same UPC's and everything?

I think so....will have to go and figure out which ones' I bought that day. Yes....exactly the same! Do you think I should go buy another something or just call cs? I'm pretty sure that they will fix it.....they typically treat me very well. It wouldn't be such a big deal except my kids are allergic to Huggies wipes so I really don't need more of them!!

If you have to go out anyhow, just spin by and pick up a couple boxes of Kleenex or something. But if you don't have to go out anyhow, I'd just roll the dice with CS on monday.

No promises, but that's what I would do ...

I called them from the car outside of CVS. I can't find my #2 card so I couldn't buy anything so I thought I would take a chance and call. And since it was supposed to be in one transaction I didn't think it would help anyway. She said that I had 38 points because I bought 4 bags of pull-ups and one box of wipes. The cashier didn't ring up one of my wipes....ugh...but the rep at CVS fixed it anyway.....AND reset about $50 worth of ECB's that supposedly expired so I'm happy!! Thanks for the input!

YEAH!!! V-mommy. CVS cus. ser. can really be great at times! I have had them reset some ECB that I was fairly sure I had used, but they said I didn't so.....
Glad it all worked out for you! I had a blast with this one since I need the wipes anyway for my little guy- I used 3 cards, and my moms! Combined with the $10 coupons, and a $5/$30 I had, I was really making out!
Gotta love CVS!!!!

Wendy,
Isn't it great to get free/cheap wipes and diapers since they seem like SUCH a crappy thing to have to pay money for anyway!?

This deal was incredible ... I know that I am a late comer to the discussion, but I had fun yesterday shopping for the wipes. I had several $2.50 off 2 Huggies clean team coupons that included the wipes... so with these coupons, the $5 CVS coupon, and the $20 back - they are paying me big time for clearing their shelves of the wipes... (I figure I made about $10 and got 20 packs of wipes for free)!! I did wait until real late in the day to go shopping and was lucky to get as many as I got, though!

Curses...I'm having issues too...I knew I shouldn't have gotten that "extra bags" package of Ziplocs with the different UPC...actually stood there and debated with myself. But that was all they had in the size I could use. So today only $7 printed out instead of the expected $20...yeah, I'll be calling CVS tomorrow...
