A play on Kelly Marie's thread. Its so easy to share bad experiences. How about a thread commending your cashiers?? Positive comments only with how your trip went. Maybe your cashier will read about herself/himself and it will make their day!

Here is mine:

I love my CVS. Rarely do I have any problems, and usually if I do its a missed calculation on my part.

I went in tonite to do a glade deal...god I am addicted to these candles!

My cashier, Ken, at the CVS at Sashabaw/Maybee in Michigan was smiley as always. No frowns over my pile of coupons/ECBs. He made sure to point out my earned ECBs and how well I did then pulled out a xmas catalogue and commented that I would definitely want this!

A little extra kindness goes a long ways...KUDOS to Ken!

I also LOVE my CVS cashiers. The managers are awesome as well. They NEVER grumble over my qs and are excited with my OOP! They greet me as I walk in and make me feel so welcome. It's really a great experience shopping at CVS!!!!!

I also love my normal cvs. The cashiers and managers are always open to helping if needed and greet you as you come in. I feel like family with them. They know they are great and awesome as i tell them all the time. I have also called corporate on numerous occassions to tell them what an awesome job they do at that store. Please also remember we can call corporate with our praises as well and they love to hear the positive and not just negative things!!

I LOVE this positive thread!!! I don't have a CVS here in Idaho but while I was on vaca a few months back I shopped with my mom at her CVS and loved some of the deals they had!

Love the positivity! My fav store has a great manager! He is coupon friendly, nice, and is always pleasant! Even when I have seen some really "trying" customers, he is always level headed! I call c/s and give him kudos pretty often!

I found an awesome CSM and cashier at my walmart on Halloween. I have always gone during the day on Sundays and have not had good experiences. On Halloween I went in to try to be the first in line for clearance, but while I was there I had a bunch of other price matching deals/coupons to do. I had such a great experience, they gave me no problems at all, the CSM was sharing her stories of how she has saved lots of money in the past and telling me how it's their job to help us with anything we need. In fact I messed up and needed one more item for my coupons and she volunteered to go get it for me. I have decided I am going at night now!! They were both great.

I have super-awesome cashiers and managers that are always happy to see me come shop and walk out with stuff for free. They totally egg me on and are even a little disappointed if I spend 'real money' on something. LOL They are always patient with me and couldn't care less if I need to do 47 transactions, they are right there with me and ready for the next deal (as long as I let other customers go ahead of me LOL). I love them and appreciate that they are so awesome.

There are 3 CVS near my home, and they are always friendly and helpful. This morning the cashier made my day by handing me the Christmas catalog from behind the counter. They also love the fact that I use the "Green Bag" for my purchases.

I don't have a CVS near me but I have a few cashiers at my Wal-mart who are very helpful! It takes a lot less energry to smile as it does to frown so lets all try to smile more & maybe it will start a trend!!!!

I love the cashiers at cvs...one is starting to coupon now and is doing great after seen the deals I get...she was so happy to tell me that. I also love my cashiers at wags they are the sweetest and also happy to see me and willing to help me out on any deals I need!! I love them and appreciate them very much!! And there is one at publix that loves to see how much I save and yells it out...!!

i have the best cvs ever...the cashiers are awesome there...i go in and get my stuff and they never have to call a manager over...i never feel like i'm about to go to jail!! never once have i had to worry about a coupon beeping or some sort of overage or shortage, or blah blah blah...it's perfect!!

There are two stores I frequent where ALL the cashiers are wonderful!! I love shopping there because of how friendly and helpful they are! They treat me so well! Whenever I get the survey at the bottom of my receipt I always do it because I know how important it is to the store!

I too love my cashiers and manager at my CVS at Council and NW Expressway in OKC. We've learned a lot through trial and error together. They've never had trouble with trying some thing for me. Plus their always friendly with my kids which goes a long way. My Wags right across the street is awesome too. All of them are so friendly, helpful and amazed at how much I can get for so little.

My compliments go to all my Bi-Lo cashiers and managers. No matter what time of day or night I go, they never give me a problem with any of my q's. If one beeps they just push it through. Also they appreciate the fact that I write down the price of something that they need to enter on the face of the coupon. Like the op stated, a little kindness goes a long way. I also have some great CVS cashiers, especially one gentleman that always cheers me on. Great thread by the way!

I too love our cvs the manager here is great she always asks for coupons, and ecb's, yesterday she gave me the christmas catalog(thank goodness cuz i forgot all about it). All of our cashiers are coupon friendly and willing to help.

I'm new to CVS and wasn't sure how the cashiers would look at me if I started handing her coupons and ecb. Turns out, the lady who works Sunday morning is awesome! She's all about the ecb's and coupons, !

I love my main cashier at my CVS. Today when my friend and I walked in he said "How are my favorite trouble-makers today?" (he pushed through a coupon for me once and has jokingly called me a trouble maker ever since!). He gives us high-fives when we have a low OOP and get lots of ECB's, and is always very accommodating anytime we need help with anything. He makes it fun and definitely keeps me loyal to that CVS (there are 3 in my area, or 2 if you don't count the one I boycotted due to rude employees!). I also always call for the store surveys even though I never win anything, and they get shining reviews every time!

I have the greatest CVS cashier. He's a young teenage guy. LOL..he knows that I always come in on Sunday's and do multiple transactions.

I few days ago I wrote a letter to CVS complimenting the cashiers and managers at my favorite CVS. I received a response today that they will forward my comments to the employees I mentioned and also forward my e-mail to the higher ups! I hope that my CVS people are commended/rewarded for a job very well done. They also said that they receive so many negative letters and were so happy to receive a positive one for a change! Makes me feel good!!!!!
