I have not bought anything since last Free Glade candles. Most of cashier would not even scan the IP coupon that issued by Manf. I will be quitting to shop at CVS for awhile.

My CVS shopping trips have reduced also. I finally worked a deal that I'm going to do today that will increase my ECB's by $4.00. I'm skipping next week and holding on to my ECB's for the Thanksgiving Day Sale.

I'm pregnant and haven't had the energy lately to care very much. I had a bunch of ECBs expire a couple of weeks ago.... *gasp* This week, I'm using rainchecks to build my ECBs back up so I'm ready for whatever Black Friday deals come our way. I'm getting back into my groove b/c I just KNOW there are going to be some great deals - plus our preview shows a likely diaper deal and I NEED diapers!

I think the deals are really bad for the most part. Little by little I am using my ECB's up. Last year at this time I had $70+ECB's now I have $15. For me I don't need the things they give ECB's for. I don't eat junk food, drink soda, have a baby and use too much over the counter meds. My interests are hair care, skin care and lotion. Lately that has been horrible. Thankfully I have a stash from last year of skin stuff, but my hair care goes fast( Dd and I have long thick hair). I am hoping next year CVS will get it's act together and offer better deals again. JMO.

I think the deals at CVS have been pretty lackluster all year. I don't think i've been to CVS much more than 20 times in the last 8 or 9 months. I used to visit 2 or 3 stores several times per week. I find myself visiting the Piggly Wiggly in the same shopping center as my local store and don't even bother stopping in most of the time. It's like they've made me just not care anymore.

I've been finding much better deals at Walgreens. I've also been using up my ECB's on milk and other needs.

I think the makers of the products that we get the deals on probably have a big say in the ECB promotions that CVS offers. And with the economic downturn, I'm sure CVS and the companies themselves are constantly re-evaluating their marketting tactics...

I'm still looking forward to some great Black Friday stuff, though. Nobody's gonna discourage me about my holiday shopping unless I see an ad proving there's no good deals.

I haven't been in CVS for several weeks now. Need to check the dates on my ECB's although my store will take expired ones as long as it is not from like a year ago or something. They just aren't offering anything I want or need. I should roll them just to get them "renewed" or just buy something to use them. Soda or something.

Then you probably did a lot of shopping at Wags last month! I have more lotion and conditioner than I know what to do with!
