I was wondering why I never get CVS emails etc any more. I had stopped going there because it wasn't worth it. Well- I tried to update my info and couldn't remember my password so I did the remind me thing. The email never came back. I tried this twice in 2 days. Today I called the number on the back of my card and the girl told me that they redid the website back in July and my info probably didn't get transferred. So I had to go back and open up a new extracare acct (with all my old info and same card#) I hope they will send some email Qs and maybe I'll start shopping there again. Call them if you think this may have happened to you. HTH

i DON'T KNOW IF HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT. BUT SINCE i'VE GOTTEN 4 -5/25.00 COUPONS THAT PRINTED WITH MY ECB AT THE REGISTER. BEFORE THAT I HAD ONLY GOTTEN 1 AND THAT WAS MONTHS AND MONTHS AGO. I'VE NOT REALLY INCREASED MY SPENDING MUCH SO NOT SURE WHY i'M GETTING THEM BUT IT HAS PRINTED 1 ON EACH OF MY LAST 4 TRIPS! i LOVE IT. MORE DEALS FOR ME! !

There was not a 'password' to get into your account before they re-did the site, you just had to enter your card number, last name, and zipcode. When they revamped the site, that changed. Now you have to actually register your account and choose a password for it.

I'm so sad. I signed up when they redid their site and have gotten NOTHING. I have gotten no email qs and no more $/$$ qs when I buy stuff in the store.
