Yes I have and I had to have another purchase of the same thing to make sure I did not have an overage??KWIM Their registers would not allow an overage. It depends on the amount of your coupon

it is handed out outside the store and you don't even have to come in

it isn't rung up in the register

If you are required to ring it up at the register, then you are buying it and can use a coupon!
