I see in the ad that the lowest price is 3.49. Does anyone know what that is, or what the prices run? And do you think you can use 2/2 off on the 3.49 item?

I didnt see $3.49 ,I saw $6.99 as the lowest at my CVS and that was eyeshadow

I could be wrong, but I thought I saw someone report that the nail polishes were $3.99...... still not $3.49, but ok.........if you need/want more nail polish!
