| please help when i checked out the other day my ECB would not work the dreaded beep.... and the cashier gave me the slip back and said they would not work to try it again later now they are missing from my online account (current coupons on the extracare section of cvs.com) has anyone had this happen before? if there is a way to get them back what is the best way..... thank you for your help...i figured someone on here would know |

| If you contact customer service, they should be able to see your transaction activity when you give them your extra care card # and confirm whether or not you used it. Good luck. I always use email to give them time to look it up instead of me waiting on the phone, but many here have said they have better luck when calling. |
