Last night I went to my CVS, and tried to use a walgreens $1.50 off of sure deodorant. (I called ahead of time and they said they'd accept it). The cashier ended up CHARGING ME 1.50! AND I didn't get my discount. They were trying to "play it off" and give me an item that was 1.50 (so naturally i took the trident gim thats BOGO) and then she got her manager, she got in trouble, the stockboy got in trouble for reaching into the drawer to get my coupon out... and the only cashier at my CVS night shift hates me. SO... who's CVS accepts these coupons? And how do they go about doing this?

The manager @ my CVS says they take Wag & Target & will price match-but can not do the rebates. Everytime I go to ring up the cashiers all say they do not take comp Q's or price match. I simply tell them that Tom said they do. They fall right into line after I throw the manager's name out there.

yeah... whenever cashiers manually enters coupons, watch out. sometimes it adds to your total as taxable item instead if deducting.

My CVS doesn't

My CVS will take competitor coupons for everything but prescriptions. However, A new CVS just opened a lilttle farther out and they have a sign that they take competitor coupons for pharmacy items only!

Mine won't take any competitor q's, including prescription ones.

Only one of the 3 CVS around here will take competitors coupon for the pharmacy only.

mine took a Kroger Catalina for 3/1 Pampers awhile back

i don't know about the cvs that i shop, but customer service said cvs does not take cvs expired or competitor coupons except for the pharmacy. i will ask the next time i go there. will cvs lose money by taking a competitor coupon?

Weird. The only competitor coupons CVS advertises it accepts is for Rx.

We don't take competitor coupons or price match at my CVS in the front store.

My CVS takes all competitor q's for every item. I used WAGS ES $2/2 Colgate with the $1.50 man.q from ALL YOU MAGAZINE to take advantage of CVS BOGO on Colgate Total Paste, also used the Sure q's from ES to make the Sure deo. a small moneymaker at CVS. I'm lucky my store also takes Target q's.
I've been so busy getting ready for my yard sale that I almost missed these deals .
