What you have specified looks like it will work.

The one thing that I might consider changing would be the mix of items you are purchasing. For example, for the Tylenol J&J deal, you are spending $24 in your scenario, while you are only required to spend $20 to get the ECB. As a result, your OOP is higher than it otherwise might need to be. I mean, if you are purchasing the Tylenol, Sudafed, and Benadryl because you need them, then go ahead and do what you describe. But if you chose 2 Sudafed (@$7.00) and 1 Tylenol Cold (@6.00), it would be more efficient (totalling $20 rather than $24). Then you could add a $4 Revlon or something else in there (to still get to $25), and you would end up getting $14 in ECB's back, rather than your $11. That would then reduce the OOP on your second transaction.
