I didn't look very carefully (I'm at work) but one problem I see right off the bat is that you won't reach $20 b/c the BOGO on the razor will come off in real-time (it won't happen after your total is reached or after you give the x/20 Q) .. so you won't actually reach $20/$25. I'll try to come back later and look again.

Nope, sorry. It will ring up as zero.
So what you do is just buy two sets of two (if you have four Qs).

I was worried about using just 2 becauseit sayd one per purchase. But yes I have like 6 mens , and 6 womens .
Are the mens part of the deal?
do you know the cost (men and womens) I heard the razors are like 8, and the refills about 11.99?)also
On the secret deal 2/5 I have like 6 coupons coming for 2.00/1 can I do say
8 deods for 20.00
use 2.00/1 x =16.00
minus the 4.00/20.00
and just pay tax?
I know its limit one per but is that only the 1.00 ecb or is it the whole deal 2/5?

I don't have the ad in front of me and we're actually packing to go camping as I type this, so I can't run get it. The razors were $9.99 and I didn't check the refills but they're always quite a bit higher. I don't know whether men's are included; I think the ad was pretty specific and I would just go by what it said (I got exactly what was pictured in the ad).
As for the Secret deal, you will only get the one ECB. I would ask at the store whether you can get 8 total just for the price alone; some will work with you and others will say no.
But yes, if they give you the sale price for all 8, you could get them all for free using the Qs and $4/20 and get the single ECB back.
