If you check under the sticky "free/cheap week 8/2" there is some mention of the ecb deal in the first post and a few combinations for it.

Here is what I did (started with $1 EB)...

Transaction #1
(1) Blink Tears - $7.99
Coupons:
$3/1 Blink Tears (RP 8/2)
$1 EB
OOP = $3.99
EB Received = $7.99

Transaction#2
(4) Ragu @ $2 each - $8.00
(1) Hellmann's Mayo - $3.00
Coupons:
(2) $1/1 Ragu (RP 8/2)
$7.99 EB (from Transaction#1)
OOP = $1.01
EB Received = $3

Total OOP = $5.00 + $3 EB to roll

You can swap out the Hellmann's Mayo for Lipton Tea Bags & use the .60/1 Lipton Coupon (RP 8/2) also.
HTH!!

I stand corrected - who knew Wags and CVS were running the same specials this week........still can't help you with a scenario, though.

This is what I did:

2 Skippy peanut butter 2/$4 - MQ $1/2
3 Ragu 3/$6 - MQ $1.25/3

Paid $7.75 after Qs (used ECBs I had, of course, for $0 oop)
Received $3 ECBs
(So, I paid $4.75 in ECBs for 5 products = $ .95 each)...Not the best deal ever, but not too bad. I decided it was worthwhile since I made money with some of the deals this week.

walgreens is a better deal both skippy and ragu are on sale for the same price so buy a combination of 8 use the coupons in this weekends paper 2/1.00 after coupons it come out to 12.00 for eight then you get a 10.00 RR so after the RR reward your really only paying 2.00 for eight ragu or skippy .25 a jar then take that RR and do the buy 10.00 promo for kebbler fudge stripe, rice krispy treats pecan saddies ect you'll have to buy 12.00 worth get a filler item as well, use your 10.00 RR from the skippy deal and coupons from the weekend paper you may have a small balance. but you get a 5.00 RR & you can use the Kellogg's item for the fuel for school rebate you'll get 10.00 back
