| Need help with my scenario, please!
You expert CVSers, please tell me if there's a better way to work this. My concern is ending up with only $1 ECB. (However, I have high hopes for the upcoming J&J sale, so this may not be an issue.) Txn #1: Post Cereal 3/$10 -$2/1 -$2/1 -$1/1 - $4ECB= $1.00 OOP receive $5ECB Txn #2: (1) Febreze Noticeable 6.50 (1) Febreze Fabric Refresher 5.00 (2) Febreze Air Effects 6.00 - $4/1 - .50/1 - .50/1 - Free Air Effects w/purchase of Fabric Refresher - $5 ECB= $4.50 OOP receive $5ECB Txn #3: Olay Body Wash 2/$12 -$1/1 -$2/1 -$5ECB= $4.00 OOP receive $5ECB Txn #4: Dove shampoo and conditioner BOGO (2) Dove deodorant (1) Dove Body Mist Dawn 2/$2 - $1/1 -$1.50/2 - Free Body Mist when buying deodorant - $5 ECB= 2.32 OOP receive $1ECB So total OOP would be $11.82, starting with $4ECB, ending with $1 ECB. Anybody have a better scenario for me? TIA!! |

I am new at this so maybe someone else can offer better suggestions. ![]() In transaction 1, why is one coupon only worth $1? I was able to print out 3 $2 IPs for the cereal. So if you do that you will have no OOP for that transaction when you use the $4 ECB. In transaction 2, why did you want to buy the second Air effect? The noticeable is $6.50 + fabric refreshner $5 + air effect $3= $14.50, so you would have enough for the $5 ECB plus $4.50 toward your next Febreze transaction. If you don't buy the second air effect you would save $3 OOP and still end up with $5 ECB. |

Do you have any coupons for the Bayer Glucose Monitors? With a limit of 4 meters you could add them to your transactions and end with $21 in ECB's. Changes in red. Txn #1: Post Cereal 3/$10 (2) Breeze 2 or Contour Meter $39.98 -$2/1 -$2/1 -$2/1 (buying another Trail Mix) -$39.98 Glucose Meters - $4ECB= $0 OOP receive $15ECB Txn #2: (1) Febreze Noticeable 6.50 (1) Febreze Fabric Refresher 5.00 (1) Febreze Air Effects 3.00 (2) Breeze 2 or Contour Meter $39.98 - $4/1 - .50/1 - Free Air Effects w/purchase of Fabric Refresher -$39.98 Glucose Meters - $5 ECB= $2.00 OOP receive $15 ECB Txn #3: Olay Body Wash 2/$12 Filler $1 -$1/1 -$2/1 -$10ECB= $0 OOP receive $5ECB Txn #4: Dove shampoo and conditioner BOGO (2) Dove deodorant (1) Dove Body Mist Dawn 2/$2 - $1/1 -$1.50/2 - Free Body Mist when buying deodorant - $5 ECB= 2.32 OOP receive $1ECB So total instead of OOP being $11.82, starting with $4ECB, ending with $1 ECB, I think this would make your OOP $4.32, ending with $21 ECB's. Somebody correct me if I am wrong.

| Ah, okay. On Trans 2 you can just get one air effect though. The free one will still count toward your Febreze total for the ECB.

No to the Bayer monitors- that would have been good though!!! I also have a coupon for 50/1 Air Effects, so I was going to buy one with the coupon, and get the other free. |
