I have no idea about the toothbrushes because I've never priced them, but if I were you, I'd buy $1 more worth and use the 4.99 ECB instead of paying OOP. The limit on the ACT is actually 2 instead of one, so if you throw that in, you'll make it back in ECB's.

This is the first time I'm using CVS Qs and ECBs. So, just to be sure, would I reach any kind of limit on usage? 6 CVS Qs (incl. 2 ECB & $5/$15) plus a MQ.
