Can we use our ECBs for online purchases? If so, how is it done? Each of my ECB CRTs have a 9 digit number under the bar code.

Also, are our ECBs listed in our online account? I'm still looking, and haven't found them. However, if we're supposed to be able to see our ECBs in our online account, perhaps my having to call support to have them attach it might have something to do with my not seeing my ECBs online.

My phone number matches up at the register (I forgot my card one time), and the last 4 digits print out correctly on my ECB CRTs.

No, you can't use them for online purchases

I think that the only ones you can print from online are the quarterly 2% bonuses (the next bonus will be available around Jan 1).

look under coupons on your ecb account...they are listed as coupons on the website

Yes you can I doubled check online when you get to check out it will ask you for any coupons, if you have them put in your extra care number and the 9 digit # in bold print under the scan bar. It will not accept exp.

How do I check my ExtraCare rewards online?
In order to check your ExtraCare rewards online, you will need to create an online account and attach an ExtraCare card. If you already have an ExtraCare card attached to your online account, go to the ExtraCare page, and click on the Current Coupons, Current Balances or Balance History tabs.

To redeem your Extra Bucks online, the entire coupon amount must be used at one time (either in-store or online). There is no partial redemption of Extra Bucks, and no credit or cash will be given back for unused Extra Bucks. Coupons for Extra Bucks are distributed at the bottom of store register receipts for use with your next purchase.

But even with both your help, and finding the info in the help section finally, I am STILL not able to seee my ECBs on the website. I believe it's related to the problems I had attaching my card to begin with. Looks like I'll be calling them again tomorrow.

I ordered a card, then the website wouldn't accept the number, so I ordered another one, and it STILL wouldn't accept the new number. So I emailed, and that wasn't helping, next I called, and she managed to get my 1st card in the system. But I never saw anything change online, so I posted this to ask about it.

I wake up this morning, and find my 2nd card suddenly appeared on my account! And it had my last ECB purchase listed, because I had forgotten my card and they entered my phone number. But all my other ECBs were from the 1st card.

So I called again, and she transferred my 2nd card balance to the 1st card, and said I needed to enter in the card number on my acct. And it went through! Now all my balance is on just one single card, and I can actually see it online. What a relief.
