I've already done this with the mq and $2CRT, but I just found this $4/$20 any vitamin one that I forgot about and I'm confused if I could use both?

One of the melatonin wont count to the $4/$20 since it's free. I think you can use the $2 crt on a free item, but someone more knowledgeable should know for sure.

Oh I thought maybe it would be the $19.98 before sale and coupons which rounds up to the $20. I'm still learning so thank you for clarifying.

You could do 4x melatonin= $19.98
Use $4/$20= -4
4 $2/1 crt= -8
4 $2/1 MQ= -8
= Free

This is a good deal! I have a $5/$25 vitamin! I think I'll add in 2 acidophilus (clearance $2.64)and pay just a few cents for everything!

Went this morning and got 3 melatonin $9.99 each and 1 Fish oil $9.99, used my $4/$20, 4 $2mq, and my $2CRT and total went from $42 down to $5.36! Paid with $4EB and made out like a bandit! thanks for your input!
