Question
If I am buying 2 nature made vitamins...can I use (2) $2/1 nature made CVS CRT and (1) $3 off vitamin purchase CVS CRT??

I would say yes. Because the CRT says $3 off Vitamin purchase it would apply to the entire transaction and not a single item. So the $2/1 Nature Made CRT would apply to the item and the $3 Vitamin Purchase CRT would apply to the entire transasction.
