just got back...it added 3 dollars to mine...he voided transaction and started over and same thing..so he just keyed in 3 dollars off

Mine ADDED two dollars to the total! My cashier voided the transaction and had to start over. He had already scanned my 20% off, so that would not scan the second time. He took it off as a store coupon, and was so nice about it!! I just hate that it makes it harder for the cashiers!!!

Mine did the same thing, but my CVS wouldn't run it through. Called Extracare line and am supposed to get a $2 ECB. We'll see

I totally missed this thread! I wanted to make a quick trip at CVS today using the FB coupons and it just ticked me off....I tried using 2 $2 off soda/candy and the $3/$15 beauty coupons and it said that they were already redeemed and they were kind of looking at me like I was in the wrong! They called the manager and he was some punk kid and barely looked at the coupons and he just said 'there's nothing we can do, you can try another store' I was embarrassed and frustrated...I ended up paying $10oop instead of the $3 I had planned...whats more frustrating is that I lost an ECB I wasted on the trip and some good coupons...I think i'm going to go back and just return everything, I hope I won't have anymore issues...I can't believe their FB page put us through this!!

I applied 2 days ago for this coupon and still never received this in an email, and from the looks of it even if I did get it I don't think I would of been using it cause of fraud and what's been going on. I'm new to couponing and I rather not have my stores think I'm pulling a fast one on them and have a bad reputation. Although I coulda used the 3/15 beauty for my Pantene haul today I coulda paid $4 instead of $7

I tried to use the candy/soda coupon today and it was no go. I called customer care and they are supposed to put a $2 ECB on my account to make up for it.

Called CS and they issued me the $3 ECBs for the $3/15 Beauty Q. I love CVS, but this promotion was a disaster.

I went in today to use mine and asked the cashier before hand if they've seen the q and if they've had problems with it. She said yes but she'd still take it so got to use mine. Glad that is over, I was nervous !

Called the 800# just now, spent 30 mins on the phone and they told me there's nothing they can do. I even asked about issuing an ECB because I've seen people saying that's what they got and the lady said no.

That's weird. The CS rep I talked to was so nice. Maybe try calling again and hope for someone else? Hm, but it might show that you called. Sorry to hear that!

My 3/15 beauty beeped as item not found. Since I had read on here that there were problems, I didn't cut the coupon, I left the whole page intact. The cashier read through it and entered it manually. I don't know if that helped but I felt like it added legitimacy to the q, !

I used mine yesterday on the case of water. It added $2 to my total. I was surprised that the cashier actually fixed it and accepted the coupon. My local store is not the best. I had another one from my mom's card also. But, I just counted myself lucky and let it expire. Hey, I got a nearly free case of water and no hassle. Why tempt fate - LOL

I just went today and got the basic waters on sale for 2.44 so i used the coupon it beeped and the cashier just keyed it in. Woohoo cheap water. PAID .46 CENTS

Call back and talk to someone else. I got two of them (ECB's) because I had probs with the FB q's.

I just got off the phone with CVS. They don't have a $3/$15 Beauty cpn to send me however they are sending me a $4/$20 avail to use in 48 hrs or less when I scan my card and will have a 30 day exp date.

I too also just got off the phone but she re issued me the 3/15 beauty and I also explained that when I signed up via email and subscribe we were to get a 4/20 and I never received one, I checked all over, junk, spam, ect.. She reissued it to me via CRT! I love cvs CS reps, there so helpful

It added $1.99 when I used my free 5x7 coupon, but I was watching for it, so she subtracted $1.99 twice manually. I told her how everyone was having problems with those FB coupons.
