Has anyone else been having problems getting the eb's after you meet the amount? I have been meeting the right amount waiting my 2 days it shows the amount but still no eb's?

I'm about 99% sure I got skipped on 10$ bc.... It does take 48 hours and I did transactions back to back days and only got the 5ecb for 50$ not 100$ when I hit the 100$ mark in two days.

This issue is rather annoying for me. I have bought rather large orders that easily get over $100 at once and every time I only get $5. Once I did over $150 and only got $5
WTH? I had called Customer Service and they put extras into my account but why do I have to do that; they should have their act together, IMO.

Not sure if anyone else noticed but it only happens when you get over $100 within a few days. When I only do $50 I get mine with 2 days. Over $100 within few days lately you need to ca for it. Idk what happened bc it was never this way.

I only needed $6.44 I spent $21 the amount counted towards my bc but didn't print the $5 eb I sent an email a couple days ago and haven't received a response but ty all for your responses I will call them if I dont hear anything by the end of the week.
